Yes, Campbell Scientific’s CAMPBELL CLOUD support team does have access to view the customer’s data in clear text when using an impersonation feature for the purposes of assisting the clients with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of their CAMPBELL CLOUD account. A formal role-based process does not yet exist to ensure that only the appropriate individuals within Campbell Scientific will have access to client data. The impersonation feature is restricted to Campbell Scientific employees for the purposes of client support.
