For CAMPBELL CLOUD, does the service provider offer 24x7 phone support?

Currently we do not have 24x7 support. We are planning to introduce 24x7 support in the future. Our current support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 Mountain Time, excluding holidays. Due to COVID-19, our support staff are working remotely, and the best way to reach them is to send an email to support@campbellcloud.io, which will create a ticket in our client support system.
