Simple CR1000 programme required to run a solenoid valve

I am a new CR1000 user, and am having some difficulties.
I am trying to write a simple program to run a solenoid valve that needs to be turned on every 15mins in order to irrigate a lysimeter. Can anyone please post some examples of a CR1000 programme to help me get started....?

Check out the Iftime() instruction. Use that to trigger a portset().
