schedule modem off and on

Hello friends, we are using a CR1000 and we need to control the modem on and off at certain times, for example that it turns off at 20:00 pm and then turns on at 07:00 am or in case snow or rain falls We have the modem connected to SW12.
How can we control this scenario with a crbasic program?

You can use ShortCut to generate some example code for you. 

In the 'Control' category of sensors in ShortCut, you can find 'Switched 12 Volt Timed Control'.
