LoggerNet stopped working properly on Windows Server 2019 (0xc0000142)

Hello,

Is anyone else running LoggerNet 4.7 on Windows Server 2019? I installed it in June 2022 and all the applications were working fine until January 2023. Since 1st Feb, I always get the same Application Error:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142) click OK to close the application".

I've tried giving LoggerNet full user permission access, allowing the apps like Connect, Setup, CRBasicEditor etc.etc firewall permission and also upgrading to .NET 7.0 but wonder if I should install 4.6...

Device Config and RTMC both work, and the system is collecting data from our loggers without problem. It's just the .exe's for the apps that are not working.

Anyone else had this problem?
