Hughes 9502 IP satellite terminal is off when connected to power supply (12V battery)

Has anybody got a problem like me? I used a 12V battery to supply power to the terminal but It is off recently. I checked the battery and power wires, they are okay. I don't know the reasons. The terminal has been used for two years.

Are there any measures to check it?
