CR310 EmailRelay resend all sent data after reboot

Hi Everyone,

Good Day.

We have two new CR310 (firmware version 11.02). After the reboot of the CR310s, it resends all previously sent data. A few months back, we have a set of CR310 (firmware version 11.01) which has the same setup and same program where everything was fine.

The CR310 data interval is every 15 minutes and will send out the data every hour via EmailRelay. Normally, after power up of the Datalogger, the email attachment file number will continue from the last sent file (eg: last attachment sent file11, new attachment would be file12). But these two CR310 resend all previously sent file starting from file0.


EMAIL_HOURLY_result = EmailRelay (EMAIL_TO_ADDRESS,EMAIL_Subject,EMAIL_Message,email_ServerResp,DataTable,0,60,Min,8)

Can we reverse the CR310 firmware to 11.01?

Just to close my post.

We manage to downgrade the version to 11.01 and it works well now.
