Campbell Scientific SURVEYOR ist eine Software zur wissenschaftlichen Datenerfassung, statistischer Analyse und grafischer Darstellung mit intuitivem Interface. SURVEYOR hilft dabei, schnelle Tests für den GRANITE™ direkt am PC zu gestalten und durchzuführen. (Um SURVEYOR zu verwenden braucht man weder einen Datenlogger noch Programmierkenntnisse.) Nachdem man den Test aufgesetzt und überprüft hat, erstellt SURVEYOR das CRBasic Programm, das man dann auch mit einem Campbell- Datenerfassungssystem (DAQ) für Langzeitmessungen verwenden kann.

Technische Beschreibung
Campbell Scientific SURVEYOR was designed expressly for use in the lab and in the field. It is so easy to use that a manual is not required. Simple help is available by clicking on any of the question mark icons or from the Help menu.
Communication
Campbell Scientific SURVEYOR allows you to set up and collect data from the sensors connected to Campbell Scientific GRANITE™ modules. SURVEYOR requires a direct USB connection with the GRANITE™ module.
Note: SURVEYOR only stores data to files in real time. It cannot be used to collect historical data files. To collect historical data files, a data-acquisition system (DAQ) with LoggerNet or RTDAQ software is required.
Data Process and Display
Campbell Scientific SURVEYOR collects and stores data in comma-separated or binary files on your PC. Those files can be viewed with Microsoft Excel (CSV) or ViewPro (TOB1, TOA5). SURVEYOR displays data in real time in graphical form.
Programming
Campbell Scientific SURVEYOR includes a CRBasic program generator for creating simple programs when needed. Programs created with SURVEYOR can be sent to the data-acquisition system using PC200W, PC400, LoggerNet, RTDAQ, or Device Configuration Utility.
License for Use
Campbell Scientific SURVEYOR is copyrighted software. Campbell Scientific distributes this software free of charge to enable users to work with Campbell Scientific data-acquisition equipment. Campbell Scientific SURVEYOR may be freely copied; however, neither Campbell Scientific SURVEYOR nor any of its files may be sold or included in any other software or altered in any way without prior permission from Campbell Scientific, Inc.

Campbell Scientific, Inc., does not warrant that the software will meet licensee’s requirements or that the software or documentation are error free or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted. Campbell Scientific, Inc., is not responsible for problems caused by computer hardware, computer operating systems or the use of Campbell Scientific, Inc.’s software with non-Campbell Scientific, Inc. software.
All warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed and excluded.
